Exercise is not just for the body but also for the mind Part 1

Making changes to your diet is the most effective way of eliminating toxins, however incorporating regular exercise with your diet has more added benefits. Exercise is also therapeutic and makes the diet even enjoyable when you see the combined results.

Today I decided to do a Pilates workout routine for 30 minutes and that included my toddler being involved as he usually thinks its fun climbing on top of mummy when she is lying down onto a next routine.

Some people think Pilates is not enough as it is a slower, low impact and a gentle form of workout however, Pilates is in fact very effective. After all exercise shouldn’t have to be too strenuous or demanding, especially if you are not used to taking or doing any exercise. Exercise should be something you enjoy and can easily fit into your life.

I aim to exercise 5-6 times a week for a minimum of 20 minutes and vary the routines so I don’t get demotivated.

I particularly enjoy fitness blender workouts when I am pushed for time. They have tons of workouts on their website to suit all especially those on a busy schedule and those of you that have an excuse of not knowing where to begin.
