Exercise is not just for the body but also the mind- Part 2

I tend to find that my day usually runs better if I start it with a good workout in the morning or when i get an opportunity somewhere in the day to unwind and reflect when I can with exercise.

Exercise helps release endorphins, and this I find does lift my spirits, helps me keep calmer, and also improving my self esteem.

Why don’t you try relaxing your mind and de-stressing through exercise.

This will not only integrate with your diet plan and make it more successful, but will clear your mind as stress can have implications to your health and affect how you feel overall, causing tiredness and reasons not to feel like working out, affect your concentration and also causing indigestion problems.

I therefore recommend you try regular physical exercise in your life as it is good for your body and mind.
