Light But Filling….

Eating a morning meal is a healthy habit if you’re watching your weight. Research shows that regular breakfast eaters tend to be leaner and dieters are more successful at losing weight—and keeping it off.

This was a quick and simple 5 minute Omelette. It was tasty and super-quick to knock together. A simple omelette is delicious of course, but if you like to mix things up a little every now and again, something like this creation of mine should do the trick.
