Watermelon, mango and berries smoothie

Consuming fruits of all kinds has benefits associated with a reduced risk of many Health related conditions including obesity.

This is why a smoothie can be an easiest option at breakfast when you have less time in the morning and quicker to drink and go, than skipping your most important meal of the day “breakfast”.

This quick breakfast smoothie has many health benefits, a few of those such as….

Mangoes improve digestion, full of antioxidants which are good for the health and preventing illnesses. Watermelon has high amounts of vitamins , minerals and antioxidants, again important to good health,  a low amount of calories, increases energy and overall weight loss. Berries give you a sense of fullness due to their fiber and liquid content. All these ingredients play an important part of managing your diet.


A handful frozen mango chunks

A handful frozen mixed summer berries

250g or 1/4 of small watermelon peeled and sliced

120mls- 150mls almond milk


1.Place all the frozen ingredients into a blender or food processor and half the almond milk and process about 1 minute until the mixture is smooth and creamy

2.Add the watermelon and the remaining almond milk and process for another 30 seconds-1 minute. Pour into your glass and enjoy 😀
