Quinoa, banana and blueberry fruit and nut bites and Porridge

Lately I introduced certain foods into my diet due to lack of time. I also find that this BBQ season is a little tempting and easy to over indulge in certain foods.


Anyways my body started to react to the foods as I found myself feeling bloated, exhausted and getting stomach aches and spasms. I went to see a GP a week ago who suggested cutting the wheat products again as she felt my symptoms are related to Irritable bowel syndrome. I have also developed raised spotty rash on the skin so I have decided to adjust my diet again and find foods that will relieve my symptoms.

Today I started off with some Quinoa porridge and made some quinoa bites for snacking.
