Sometimes we are in a hurry in the mornings so this one is for busy mornings.
Ingredients
375mls milk of choice “I used water”
125mls natural / plain yoghurt of choice
2 bananas
80-100g fresh or frozen blueberries
1 tablespoon peanut butter / almond butter
Method
- Place all the ingredients in s blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into your glasses and enjoy right away.
